We spent the last week an a half in Holden Beach, NC. The black stuff on the beach is ash and burnt wood from a huge fire 50 miles away in Myrtle Beach. The fire destroyed 70+ homes and has burned 31 square miles. The ash traveled both up and down the coast for almost 100 miles. But, it was still a beach and I still had fun.

Yo Sebastian,
You dad was the same age as you (within a month or so) when he was walking and wading at Holden Beach, NC.
